Britney Spears releases naked holiday pics after winning conservatorship: ‘Queen, free it all.’

Britney Spears is having a good time.

She and fiancé Sam Asghari jetted out to an island vacation ahead of Wednesday’s crucial conservatorship hearing, which saw her estranged father, Jamie, suspended over allegations of abuse. She was clearly in a jubilant mood after hearing the wonderful news.

The 39-year-old diva assured her “army,” the devoted fans who have been unwavering in their support for #FreeBritney, on Instagram that she is “in paradise celebrating” and “having the best of my life.”

Between those two posts, she published a naked photoshoot from her island paradise. While on their remote beach, she was photographed wearing only a red bikini bottom. Others saw her naked by the tub in her thatched-walled bathroom, but small flower emojis made the photos Instagram-worthy.

Britney has been in conservatorship since 2008 when a sequence of terrible occurrences resulted in two involuntary hospitalizations.

Jamie initiated the conservatorship, in which he virtually took her place, making all decisions on her behalf.

Jodi Montgomery, a conservator of her person, was then brought in to aid with the star’s health and person issues, but Jamie retained control of her money and business.

Anything involving money required his approval, which meant he was engaged in everything.

Britney reported the alleged conservatorship abuse to Judge Brenda Penny in June, stating that she was forced to work, take medication (including birth control), and be treated at a mental health treatment centre against her will.

Despite her $60 million inheritance, she need permission to go on vacation, drive with her spouse, paint her kitchen cabinets, or purchase $100 in books.

She stated that she sobbed herself to sleep and suffered from despair while under her father’s watch.

Britney is still in conservatorship, but her new attorney, Mathew Rosengart, believes it will be lifted this fall. The former prosecutor reportedly promised “severe implications” for Jamie’s claimed “misbehaviour,” including — potentially — criminal prosecution if her finances don’t add up or it’s shown her phone and home were monitored without her consent.
